Does Primrose & Poppies deliver?

We currently deliver to all Manchester Postcodes with set prices on checkout or order, However if you would like your flowers to be deliver outside this area don't hesitate to contact us for a more bespoke delivery arrangement.

Can Primrose & Poppies special order rare or exotic flowers?

We will always try our best to order any specific flowers you may want. However our stock relies heavily on what is available at our Wholesaler. We can create an individual Bouquet or Tribute but certain items may require extra time to be made.

Does Primrose & Poppies offer refunds for products?

At Primrose & Poppies, we take pride in offering flower bouquets crafted with the freshest, highest quality flowers meant to endure. Each bouquet is accompanied by flower food and care instructions to prolong the freshness of your blooms.

 

If you encounter any issues with your flowers or plants, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving them to facilitate our investigation. Providing a photograph may be necessary to substantiate your claim.

Refunds may be granted at the discretion of management. Due to the perishable nature of floral products, we encourage you to raise any concerns within 1 working day of the delivery date.

Returned flowers and plants claimed as faulty or damaged will be thoroughly inspected. Refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges for proven faulty or damaged items will be considered, subject to management's discretion.
